One Year Old Birthday Gifts
My younger son turned one in January, and I would like to share some of our favorite gift ideas for one-year-olds. As an Amazon Associate, I earn a commission from qualifying Amazon purchases. I've listed the gifts in order from top to bottom and left to right.
- Wonder & Wise Walker: This sturdy walker is perfect for babies who are learning to walk and beyond. It doesn't tip and can be used for a long time. We also enjoyed using this musical walker.
- Fine Motor Hedgehog: This is an excellent toy for babies and toddlers. It's a great fine motor activity, and it comes with spikes that can be stored inside.
- Green Toys Truck: This company makes eco-friendly trucks and toys that are safe for kiddos to play with. We also love the mini trucks!
- Water Table: Living in Texas, we need outdoor toys! This little water table is perfect for setting up a mini water park in your backyard. We often pair it with a splash pad and hose attachment.
- Climbing Blocks: These blocks are sturdy and fun for obstacle courses. Our one-year-old likes to use the wedge as a slide.
- Malig Hippo: These are sweet and lovely plush toys that are perfect for snuggling. They are my absolute favorite next to Cuddle and Kind and Jellycat.
- Hape Pull Crocodile: Pull toys are great for new walkers. We love this crocodile and push chicken right now.
- Peg toy: These are excellent for little fingers learning to grip!
- Loveverly: If you are looking for a subscription service for new toys, this is a great option!
- Constructive Eating Plate: Our kids started becoming pickier around the first birthday, so these plates are great to make mealtime fun and enjoyable!
- Battat Barn: This fun and simple barn is enjoyed by both of our kids.
- Bath Color Me Books: These books are so fun for bath time and change color when they get wet! Additionally, these swimming turtles are really fun.
- Uncle Goose Blocks: These blocks are great quality, and our kids love collecting them.
- Music Toys: These are super fun, and all fit within the drum which is great for storage!
-Hape Rainstick: These are so cute, my son loves them right now.
-Ball Pit: This was our “big gift” for our little guy and both of my kids play with it daily! It’s washable which is ideal for sticky fingers. It does not include balls, but we have 200 balls to avoid a big clean-up, but you would probably want 300-400 to keep it full!
-See, Touch, Feel Book: We have quite a few of these books, they are engaging for little ones.
-Austin Baby Co snack bowl: My kids snack all day long- so these snack boxes and small bento boxes are great for this, both out of the house and even during playtime.
-Wooden Rainbow: One of my favorite toy brands, and this rainbow is such a sweet and aesthetically pleasing addition to the play area.
-Radio Flyer: This is another great walker toy and once they are walking- to fill up and push outside or down the hallway in the house.
Thanks for reading, we hope you find as much joy with some of these toys as we do!
